Learning How to Play Basketball as an Adult
No need to worry about your age slowing you down. You simply need practice and time to play basketball with skill and greatness. Here are some tips you can follow:
If you are a beginner with NO knowledge on basketball, then start off with simple drills, such as dribbling the ball or shooting into the ring. We start off with dribbles and passes before the more complicated moves so you get a feel of both the court and the ball.
Know your limits
Beginners think that because they are adults, they are stronger and can take up as much as possible in one training session. My advice is to take it slow.
